Veronica Ilenre, Co-founder and CEO of Blossom Safe Care Company, brings over 12 years of experience as a private nanny, house manager, and family assistant, combined with a degree in English from Georgia State University and a background as a professional actress. Her creative, nurturing approach fosters meaningful connections with children while ensuring caregivers are well-matched and valued.
Veronica is passionate about creating safe, empowering environments where children thrive and families and caregivers build strong, supportive relationships. Guided by her commitment to excellence, she envisions Blossom Safe Care as a community that elevates the standards of childcare and transforms caregiving into an enriching, fulfilling experience for all.

Bethel Habte
Bethel Habte Co-Founder and COO of Blossom Safe Care Company is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, with a background in childcare services and mental health counseling. Bethel’s journey began with hands-on experience in various childcare roles. Her dedication to understanding the broader context of child development led her to study health and public policy, where she gained valuable insights into the systemic factors affecting children and families.
Currently, she works as a therapist in the school system, where she applies her extensive knowledge and skills to support students emotional and psychological needs. Passionate about building connections, Bethel is dedicated to helping families find the perfect nanny match. In her off time, Bethel can be found exploring nature trails around the Chattahoochee, grabbing coffee with friends, and browsing local art markets.
