    ● A personalized personality profile created by our co-founder and COO, an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)

  • Placement typically takes anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the families specific needs, the availability of qualified nannies, and how quickly interviews and decisions are made. We will keep you informed every step of the way, and work to ensure a successful, long term placement.

  • Our ultimate goal is to ensure that your family and the nanny we place with you are a perfect match and truly happy. However, if for any reason the placement isn’t a good fit, we’ve got you covered with our guarantees:


    ● 6-Month Replacement Guarantee: For long-term placements, we will source and provide one free replacement candidate within six months of the initial placement.
    ● 30-Day Guarantee: For short-term placements, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee.

  • To ensure the safety of both families and nannies, we take a comprehensive approach that includes multiple layers of screening, support, and ongoing communication:


    1. Thorough Background Checks: Every nanny undergoes an in-depth background screening that includes criminal history and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
    2. Reference and Experience Verification: We verify all work experience and references
    3. Interviews and Assessments: We conduct personal interviews with each nanny to assess their qualifications, personality, and compatibility with your family’s needs. We also consider their values and approach to childcare to ensure alignment with your
    family’s preferences.
    4. Ongoing Support: Our team remains available for both families and nannies after placement, offering ongoing support, advice, and guidance. This helps address any concerns that may arise and ensures that everyone feels safe and supported.
    5. CPR and First Aid Certification: We require that nannies placed with our agency are CPR and First Aid certified and complete the International Nanny Association Basic Skills Assessment.
    6. Regular Check-Ins: We periodically check in with both families and nannies to ensure the placement is working smoothly and that everyone is comfortable and satisfied.
